5th Exercise: real transformation of private space
Japanese houses are really differents at we used to, At first, they dont have a space for they owns, thats why maybe 70% of japanese houses are identics.
They use to hide their furnitures like the bed or the tables for change their spaces according to their necesities.
Also they dont spend a lot of time at home, they prefer living outside and the reletionships are outside of the house too.
A curiosity of Japanese houses is the way that the sold it, the prize only depends of the dimension of the big room that they use to make all of their activities

4th Exercise: Programme and Private Space
To develop an architectural project, we make a preliminary investigation process that guides the architect in his work along the entire project. The interpretation by the Architect of the results of this stage is what defines the personality great extend of the project.
We define architectural programming as the research and decision-making process that identifies the scope of work to be designed.
Architecture program is related to two types of elements:
•The common elements, which depends of the culture and the age. For example: a door, a window, a roof,...
•The specific elements, which depends of the destinatary/addressee/receiver of the space.
As Rem Koolhaas said: "architects aren't the executors of the program, they are the productors of the concepts. For him, the concepts are conceptual strategies, they act like open mechanism generated of the project and they allow to operate in some situations of continuous changes.
The result is an only investigation which makes that private space is connected to every single episode of our activity.
It is imperative that the major decision-maker-the client- owner allows participation of all the stakeholders, or the client-users, who are affected by the design.
For example, if the projects are being an office/classroom building for the humanities department at an institution of higher education, the project programming committee could include representatives from the involved academic departments, faculty, students, and building operations and facility maintenance departments.
A real example of this is the Lowell Health House of Richard Neutra who lived with the doctor Lowell and his family for adapt the house to their lifestyle.
